MyOwn ISP provide fibre internet services and have been in the fibre industry for over ten years. This gives us the edge over our competitors as we have extensive knowledge and experience about fibre telecommunications, resolving complex queries and providing custom solutions.

Meet The Team

Gusscot de Vos

Gusscot is one of our Helpdesk Agents and believes in assisting our clients until they are satisfied with the resolution and solution. He will be of great assistance when you call the Helpdesk.

JP Terblanche

JP is our Engineering Technician and forms part of an escalation level to ensure more advance queries gets resolved in a timely and satisfying manner. JP is also one of the longer serving team members with 5+ years of service.

Katlego Kweetsane

Katlego is one of our newest members in the Helpdesk and already a client-favourite. She always provides assistance with the highest standards in mind.

Lee-Ann Harrison

Lee-Ann, with 5+ years of experience in MyOwn ISP, is our Chief Operational Officer and ensures the rest of the team gets the job done while adhering to MyOwn ISP's high standards. She is also not afraid to get her hands dirty, ensuring that the subscribers get the best service.

Mandla Nkomo

Mandla is the other newest member to our Helpdesk team. Katlego and Mandla started at MyOwn ISP together. Mandla has shown that there is nothing that will stop him from resolving our client's queries.

Marijke van Zyl

Marijke is the Senior Subscriber Administrator and the team leader of the department. She is tasked to ensure that applications are attended to in a timely manner. She works hand-in-hand with Molebogeng and Neo.

Molebogeng Tshepe

Molebogeng is part of a dynamic Subscriber Administrator team. She is responsible for processing applications received and provides a service that is certainly meeting the high standards of MyOwn ISP.

Nico de Jonge

Nico is the first level of escalation behind the Helpdesk. He is the tier 1 engineering technician. Nico has been with us for 5+ years. Nico will use all of his experience to ensure you receive top-class customer service.

Neo Ndwammbi

Neo teams up with Marijke and Molebogeng to provide a premium service to all applicants. She is a Subscriber Administrator and will ensure you are updated as she progresses with your application.

Riaan van Zyl

Riaan is the Commercial Champion and is responsible for all commercial and marketing initiatives. Riaan is also the Helpdesk team leader responsible for the standard set within the team.

Shiloah Fraser

Shiloah is the sales and projects administrator for MyOwn ISP. She is responsible for ensuring an excellent sales process and the smooth implementation of projects to the MyOwn ISP division.

Tshegofatso Mphalele

Tshegofatso is currently our after-hours Helpdesk Agent that will assist you with any queries that you might have. Expect friendly assistance from Tshegofatso.

Belinda Dorfling

Belinda is our Junior Subscriber Administrator and is tasked with looking after our new applications.

Gerber Pieterse

Gerber is currently the acting Helpdesk team leader. He ensures the top quality of customer service. He also assists with queries logged with the Helpdesk.

Gusscot de Vos

Gusscot is our freshest face in the Helpdesk and will attend to your query with enthusiasm and urgency.
